ABOUT BEAUTY
This describes a poetic thought, an expression of how to give back to nature
“that which once was taken away”, - To restore imbalance with a good dead.

CONCEPT AND MATERIALS
The four titles, Document, Poem, Scene and Statement are references to concepts of beauty. The materials are dried leaves and peaces of paper dipped in wax and paper dipped in wax.

PROCESS
The leaves which are collected from a Botanical Garden, originate from other climate zones. The collections of leaves were dried, compressed and then dipped in wax. The number of leaves and hands count up to 300 each. “ABOUT BEAUTY“ was installed on two different sites.
